| 摘 要： | 本文在合肥市金土工程试点建设的背景下,通过对合肥市建设用地报批业务的分析和梳理,建立了建设用地报批管理业务模型和工作流程,完成了合肥市建设用地管理系统的设计与开发,并对系统的应用情况做了简要的介绍,对系统应用中存在的实际问题,提出了完善的建议措施。

| Abstract: | Under the background of experimental construction of JinTu Project,this paper analyzes the business of Examine and Approve of Constructive Land in Hefei City,establishes its service modeling and work flow,accomplishes the design and development of Constructive Land management system,and gives a brief introduction about the system application.Then,in view of existing problems in system applica- tion,it puts forward some suggestions for system improvement. |
