| 摘 要： | 文章主要设计了高碑店市肖官营乡农村地籍三权调查的工作,针对实际情况制定调查方案。明确集体土地所有权、使用权和国有土地使用权的情况。三权调查的成果经土地使用者确认后,为国土部门进行土地权属审核和登记发证提供法律依据。为了保证权属调查和地籍测量工作的正确实施,要在调查与测量前对整个工作做出合理的规划和安排,以使最后成果数据符合规范和要求,所以在调查与测量前要进行技术设计。

| Abstract: | This article mainly＇ designed the gao beidian shaw officer camp township rural cadastral investigation of the three powers work, in view of the actual situation and develop survey scheme. Clear collective land ownership, and the use right of state-owned land use right. The results of the survey three powers by the land users confirmation, for the department earthy land ownership belongs to review and register the provide legal basis. In order to guarantee authority survey and ca- dastral survey the correct implementation of the work, in the investigation and measurement of the whole work before make a reasonable planning and arrangement, in order to make the last result data comply with standards and require- ments, so in the investigation and measurement to design and technology before. |
