| Abstract: | In accordance with the existing situation of National Foundation Geographic Information Center,first studied MapGISIMS-SOA platform and MapGIS middleware,then researched and designed the national foundation geographic information management system which mainly including system architecture design and system functional design based on MapGIS IMS-SOA platform. |
