| Abstract: | This article first briefly introduced the characteristic of the electronic map, and described the making soft TeleAtlas3.2 of the Electronic Map of the Arctic and Antarctica . Then introduced with emphasis of the popular science characteristic of the Electronic Map of the Arctic and Antarctica . At last described its function characteristic and data organization form. |
