摘    要:依托陕南某地地籍和不动产权籍调查项目,提出了一种结合地面三维激光扫描技术和倾斜摄影测量技术的混合作业新方案。两种技术的融合大大的提高了工作效率(数据获取速度是传统作业速度4倍以上)及数据采集精度(界址点误差小于3公分),满足对复杂空间权利的不动产权籍管理和登记需求。

Application Research on Real Estate Surveying Based on Combination of Oblique Photography and LiDAR
Abstract:Real estate cadastral surveying is a basic surveying and mapping work.The sound development of cadastral surveying techniques and methods can not only maximize the land utilization rate in my country,but also provide efficient and convenient means for obtaining high-precision spatial data.The combination of station instrument and GPS-RTK has the disadvantages of low efficiency and high cost of human and financial resources.Based on a cadastral and real estate survey project in southern Shanxi,we proposed a new plan based on combination of ground 3D laser scanning technology and oblique photography technology.The combination of two technologies can greatly improve work efficiency(data acquisition speed is more than 4 times the traditional operation speed)and data collection accuracy(the boundary point error is less than 3 cm),and meet the real estate property management and registration requirements for complex space rights.
