| 摘 要： | 针对省级国土资源电子政务系统设计进行了探讨,提出了系统设计目标和总体架构,对基于ArcGIS平台的国土资源电子政务系统主要功能模块做了详细描述,最后阐述了系统设计所涉及的关键技术和特点,形成了统一的技术框架、运行环境和规范标准,实现了国土信息的一体化、集成化管理.
