| 摘 要： | ISB（Internet服务总线）技术提供了构建网络化的地理信息服务系统平台的基础设施，基于ISB实现配置活动模板的Web应用程序，普通用户通过操作模板即可定制出满足自己需求的应用程序；开发人员也可以通过ISB利用来自网络的丰富的数据和功能服务，结合自已开发的业务流程快速实现应用程序的构建。基于ISB的地理信息服务系统实现了广泛的数据和功能共享、简捷、扩展性强、用户需求驱动的应用程序构建方式，使地理信息技术的应用领域和用户都将更加广泛。
