| 摘 要： | 根据邛崃市羊安镇土地流转的现状和信息化管理的需要,基于.NET平台和ArcGIS Engine利用C#语言、SQL Server 2000,采用集成二次开发模式,设计并开发了土地流转管理系统,实现了土地承包经营权证和土地承包经营权流转的管理、空间查询、空间分析、图表输出等功能,达到了相关文档资料的科学管理和有效利用。

| Abstract: | s： According to both the situation of land transfer of YangAn town,Qionglai city and the need of information management, used integrated development mode, a land transfer management system based on . NET platform, and ArcGIS Engine, C# languish, SQL Server 2000 was designed. It achieved the management of land warrants contract and land transfer, spatial query, spatial analysis, chart export and so on. And it also achieved scientific management and effective use of relevant document. |
