| Abstract: | Building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task set at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Si- xteenth Central Committee of the Party and the Tenth National People's Congress. According the major task, author put forward that the working of surveying and mapping plays an important roles in building a new socialist countryside and more clearly explain the mission of the department of surveying and mapping in building a new socialist countryside . |
