| 摘 要： | 本算法在分类量化的基础上通过引入竞争的方式产生初始码书。试验结果表明,本算法产生的初始码书的典型性较好。在不降低图像压缩质量的同时,极大的减少获取最优码书所需要的运算时间。

| Abstract: | This algorithm produces initial codebook through a method of competition based on the classify-quantization. Experiment showed that the initial codebook's typification of this algorithm is very good. The algorithm greatly reduced calculation time on getting optimal codebook while don't reduce image compression quality. |
