| 摘 要： | 矿产资源领域的全球治理主体主要包括联合国、世界银行、美国、欧洲国家等发达国家经济体主导的国际机制、非政府机构等。涉及领域包括主权管辖区外的资源产权、国家自然资源主权、人权、环境、反恐、反腐败、公司社会责任等。治理的相对人主要是资源丰富的发展中国家及跨国矿业公司。矿产资源领域的全球治理远不具广泛性和代表性。

| Abstract: | The current subjects of global governance in the field of mineral resources are mainly the international mechanisms and non-governmental institutions led by the advanced economies, including the United Nations, the World Bank, the United States, and the European countries, etc. The concerns here are about resource properties outside sovereign jurisdictions, national sovereignty over natural resources, human rights, the environment, anti-terrorism, anti- corruption, and corporate social responsibilities etc. Resource-rich developing countries and multinational mining companies are the major counter-parties in the global governance in the field of mineral resources. Therefore, the global governance is far from comprehensiveness and representativeness. |
