| 摘 要： | 美国是世界矿产品生产大国，也是矿产品消费大国，其矿产资源政策与措施对世界矿产品市场有重要影响。本文简要介绍和讨论了美国主要矿产资源储量、主要矿产品产量、主要矿产品消费量、矿产品贸易、重要矿产品的对外依存度、矿业管理体制与基本制度、主要矿业管理机构与矿产资源管理的指导原则、主要矿业法律、矿业政策基本走向等。最后，笔者对美国矿产资源政策的战略核心进行了初步分析。

Primary Exploration of Modality for Co-operation on Shale Gas Development between China and U.S. |

| Abstract: | As a latecomer for the world＇ s shale gas development, China is still in its early stage of exploration in the field of the resource status-quo, theoretical research, technological development and application, and evaluation and test, and so China need to learn from foreign shale gas development experience. The US successful shale gas commercialization makes China have the possibilities to increase self-sufficiency of natural gas and have the experience reference to do its shale gas research and exploitation. Based on the history of the US shale gas development and the status-quo of Chinese shale gas development, this paper cites the US shale gas mining technology, regulations and policies. And depending on the Chinese actual status, the modality of cooperation between China and US is analyzed and discussed in the field of shale gas exploitation technologies, investment, and regulations and policies. |
