| 摘 要： | 在新一轮农村土地制度改革的背景下，土地征收制度改革进入新阶段，如何形成公平、合理的征地补偿价格机制是土地征收制度改革的核心内容之一。本文通过讨论目前征地补偿构成及存在的问题，分析全国征地补偿水平调查数据，提出了形成公平、合理的征地补偿价格机制的途径。

| Abstract: | The rural land system reform in China is entering a new stage. One of the core contents of the current reform is to establish a fair and reasonable compensation system of land expropriation. On discussion of the problems in the current land requisition compensation composition, in this paper we analyze the survey data of the national land compensation and propose approaches to establishing a fair and reasonable pricing mechanism of land requisition compensation. |
