| 摘 要： | 阿富汗矿产资源丰富,尤其是铜、铁、稀土等金属矿产储量在世界位居前列,开发潜力巨大。阿富汗新政府一直把矿业作为提高自身经济"造血"能力的支柱产业。政府采取多项措施改善矿业投资环境,但其矿业法的不确定性、安全稳定性、腐败问题等值得企业关注。

The new government has put the mining industry as a pillar industry to improve their economic＂hematopoietic＂ ability. The government took measures to improve mining investment climate. The mining law＇ s uncertainty, the country＇ s lacking in security and safety and corruption issues are negative factors |
