摘    要:在传统可达性度量方法的基础上进行改进,提出了一种行程时间不确定环境下地点时空效用可达性度量方法,考虑了行程时间不确定性以及需求端竞争的时变效应。利用深圳市真实的浮动车数据和在线用户原创内容(user-generated content,UGC)数据对深圳市餐饮可达性分布水平进行了分析,结果表明,所提的可达性度量模型比传统可达性度量模型能更准确地表达城市可达性分布。

Measuring Place-Based Accessibility Under Travel Time Uncertainty
Abstract:Conventional place-based accessibility measures do not take into account travel time uncertainty and the time-varying effects of competition on the demand side. To fill this gap, we extend previous place-based accessibility measure, and propose a place-based space-time utility accessibility evaluation framework for urban area by considering travel time uncertainty and the time-varying effects of competition on the demand side. The accessibility of a location is conceptualized as the space-time utility offered by a set of accessible facilities from the location. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed framework, a case study using large-scale taxi tracking data and the UGC data in Shenzhen is carried out to analyze the accessibility distribution to food services. The results of the case study indicate that the proposed accessibility measure can evaluate urban accessibility distribution more accurately than the traditional place-based accessibility measure.
