| 摘 要： | 征地报批工作是国土资源管理工作的重要组成部分,对合理利用土地,实施土地用途管制,保护耕地发挥着极其重要的作用。本文结合征地报批工作实际,阐述了南京市区征地报批管理系统建设的重要性和工作目标,介绍了系统总体设计、详细流程、数据内容、关键技术以及系统实现的功能、主要特点,并对未来的应用作出展望。

| Abstract: | Land acquisition approval is an important part of the land resources management.It plays an extremely important role in the rational use of land,the implementation of land use regulation and the protection of cultivated land.Combining with the actual work of land acquisition approval,this paper expounds the importance and operation target of the system of land acquisition approval management,it introduces the integrated design of system,detailed process,the content of database and the key function,main features of system realization.At last,it put forward for the future. |
