| 摘 要： | GPS工程控制网是目前应用最广泛的控制网，GPS测量在水利水电行业的施工测量控制网中也可以有很好的应用。通过某水电站枢纽区首级GPS控制网建立的实例，对高等级GPS工程控制网从设计、观测到数据处理及成果的可靠性验证进行了探讨。
