| 摘 要： | 为建成福建省警用地理信息系统的标准地址矢量库与数据采集工具,本文根据警用地理信息的建设要求,基于福建省公安部门信息化现状,研究并设计了一套适用性强、投资少、面向全省责任区民警的、提供在线与离线相结合的、用于地址坐标采集的福建省地址标注系统。该系统运行以来,已成功采集了大量的地址数据,并将逐步建成福建省标准地址矢量数据库与专题矢量数据库。
