| 摘 要： | 在航空运输系统中,空中交通管理肩负着维护飞行秩序、监督飞行活动、保证空中交通安全的重要职责。近年来GIS技术的应用发展很快.在多个领域取得了成功的应用。在民航空管系统中,地理信息与空管信息密不可分,是民航空管系统中不可缺少的一部分。本文利用地理信息系统(GIS)对地形数据、遥感数据、地物点、航路、空域、作业区等进行数字化处理,并基于地理信息系统在新疆民航空管系统实现相关功能,如GIS展示、数据交互、测量分析、地图交互和观察模式等。该系统的的建成将促进新疆空管保障能力显著提升,保证空中交通更加安全顺畅。

| Abstract: | In the air transport system,air traffic management shouldered the important responsibility to control the flight order,supervise the flight activities and ensure the safety of air traffic.In recent years,the application of GIS technology has developed rapidly and successfully in many fields.In the air traffic management system,geographical information system and air traffic control information are inextricably linked,which is an indispensable part of the air traffic management system.This article employs the geographical information system(GIS) to digitize the data of the terrain,the remote sensing,the feature points,the airway and the airspace to realize the correlative functions in air traffic management system based on geographical information system,such as GIS display,data exchange,measurement analysis,map interaction,observation models and so on.The completion of the system will promote the control and support capability of Xinjiang air traffic,and ensure the safety and smooth of the air traffic. |
