| 摘 要： | 针对智慧社区建设实际需求,分析研究了智慧社区建设的特点和内容,提出了面向管理与服务的智慧社区建设总体架构。本文从社区安保、地下管网、部件采集、房产人员管理、物业管理等方面阐述了智慧社区综合信息管理平台的关键技术,为后续开展智慧城市的建设提供参考技术支撑服务。
