| 摘 要： | 传统纸质地图已无法满足政府日常办公和应对突发事件的需求。本文以各级领导指挥决策地图服务需求为导向,采用JavaScript语言,以Cordova为开发平台,以Windows、IOS、Android等多种操作系统的互联网终端设备为载体,将地理信息、多媒体、移动网络等技术充分融合,开发出集成多种功能模块的综合跨平台领导用图系统,使地图服务手段突破时间、空间和载体的束缚,可有效地提高政府日常办公效率,并为其提供可靠的辅助决策依据。

| Abstract: | The traditional paper map cannot suffice the daily needs of the government and respond to emergencies.The demand guidance of this article is based on providing map services for various levels of leaders in commanding.It uses JavaScript language,platform Cordova,Windows workstations and Android mobile Internet terminal equipment as the carrier.As a carrier,it fully concenrntrates technologies such as geographic information,multimedia,and mobile networks,and has developed an integrated multi-module cross-platform leadership diagram application system.Make the means of map service break through the constraints of time,space and carrier and it can effectively improve the daily office efficiency of the government and provide a reliable auxiliary decision-making service. |
