| 摘 要： | 土地调查是我国法定的一项重要制度,是全面查实查清土地资源的重要手段.第二次全国土地调查作为一项重大的国情国力调查,目的是全面查清目前全国土地利用状况,掌握真实的土地基础数据,建立和完善土地调查、统计和登记制度,实现土地资源信息的社会化服务,满足经济社会发展及国土资源管理的需要.
