| 摘 要： | 经过十几年的快速发展,我国高等院校面临着如何进一步优化高校信息管理和建设"数字校园"这两大问题。文章首先介绍了构建数字校园的WebGIS技术,其次对咸阳师范学院现有各种管理信息系统进行了分析,指明其缺点,并对用户进了分析,在此基础上提出了整合WebGIS和MIS技术建设"数字校园"设想,提出了基于咸阳师范学院"数字校园"体系结构。为实施"数字校园"工程指明方向,文章提出的构想对其他高校构建数字校园也有较好的借鉴作用。
