| 摘 要： | MapX组件是近年来GIS软件发展的趋势之一，标准的包装技术使GIS应用可以利用MapX组件快速地组装。小灵通基站管理系统即采用MapX技术、空间数据引擎技术、面向对象的系统分析和设计方法等技术，实现了对小灵通基站网络资源的有效管理，以及运营状况的动态监测和话务数据分析，达到了网络优化的目的和任务。

| Abstract: | MapX component software is one of the developing trend of softwares in recent years. The GIS application softwares may be quickly assembled by using the standard packing technology. I PAS base station MIS,by using the MapX,spatial data-engine,object-oriented system analysis and design method,can offer users many functions such as network resources management,dynamically monitoring,traffic performance analysis on the map,so as to realize the network optimization. |
