| 摘 要： | 通过对城市重点地区三维规划管理关键技术的研究,采取构建逼真的城市现状三维场景,开发相应规划管理辅助功能,搭建了上海市重点地区的三维规划管理平台,为该区域的规划管理工作提供了直观逼真的环境和丰富有效的手段支持。

| Abstract: | The key technology of 3D urban planning management is researched in this paper .On the basis, realistic 3D urban status-quo scene is constructed and assistant functions in urban planning are developed .At last 3D planning management platform is set up in the key region .The platform can supply urban planning management with realistic environment and effective means . |
