| 摘 要： | 地名地址数据库作为地名地址数据与地理空间信息挂接的媒介与桥梁,是构成智慧城市地理空间框架不可或缺的组成部分。该文详细对比分析了传统地名地址数据采集方法与RTK+数码相机地名地址数据采集方法的特点。利用RTK+数码相机,在诸城市进行地名地址数据采集,并基于ArcGIS开发一套连接测点和数码相片的"一键关联工具",实现数码相片的影像信息与RTK测点坐标信息关联,为地名地址数据属性编辑服务。为智慧城市建设中的数据采集提供了新的思路,大大减少了地名地址数据采集的工作量,有效提升了地名地址数据的质量,为智慧城市数据库的建立和数据更新提供稳定的数据供应,为其他的外业数据采集项目提供了新的可能性。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the framework of the intelligent urban geographic space, the place name address database is the media and bridge linking the address data and geographic information. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the characteristics ofdata collection methods of traditional place name address data and RTK+ digital camera, by using RTK+ digital camera to address data acquisition, based on the development of ArcGIS software, a connection point and a key tool of digital photo association " has been set up. It can realize the image information and the RTK digital photos of the measuring point coordinate information association, and support for editing service the address attribute data. It can greatly reduce the workload of data collection address, and effectively improve the quality of the address data. It will provide a stable supply of data for the establishment of smart city database update, and provide a new possibility for collecting data in the field of other projects. |
