| 摘 要： | 济南是山东省省会城市,地貌类型南部为低山丘陵区,北部为平原区。济南市地质灾害发育,类型齐全,包括崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷、地裂缝5类。据地质灾害调查统计,截至2016年底,全市共有各类型地质灾害点257处,其中近80%分布在南部山区,地质灾害类型主要以崩塌、滑坡和泥石流为主,威胁当地村镇居民生命和财产安全。为避免和减少地质灾害发生可能造成人员伤亡和财产损失,增强南部山区地质灾害防治工作力度和成效,在总结多年地质灾害防治工作经验及他人相关研究成果的基础上,总结提出济南南部村镇崩塌、滑坡和泥石流地质灾害危险性识别内容,在此基础上,根据崩塌、滑坡和泥石流不同类型地质灾害特点提出南部山区村镇地质灾害防治措施。2016年,济南南部山区村镇共发生地质灾害11起,由于临灾识别和防治措施到位,未出现一例人员伤亡,为济南南部山区村镇地质灾害有效防治提供了技术支持。

| Abstract: | Jinan is the capital city of Shandong province. Its geomorphic types are low hilly land in the south and plains in the north. Geological disasters developed widly with complete types in Jinan city, including collapses, landslides, debris flows, ground subsidences, ground fissures and so on. Based on the statistics by the end of 2016, the total number of geological disasters in Jinan city is 257, and 80% happened in southern mountain area. The types of geological disasters include collapse, landslide and debris flow. They have threatened lives and properties of local rural residents. In order to prevent and reduce casualties and property losses caused by geological disasters, strengthen the prevention and treatment of geological disasters, according to work experiences and relevant research results, a recognition of impending characteristics of geological hazards has been summarized. Corresponding measures to prevent and control geological disasters have been put forward as well. Although 11 geological disasters happened in 2016, there was no a case of casualties due to disaster prevention and control measures in place. It provides technical support for the prevention and control of geological disaster of villages and towns in southern mountain area in Jinan city. |
