| Abstract: | In this paper, the work for increasing agricultural using land and decreasing construction using land in Heze city has been analyzed,It is regarded that this work is an integral part of the policy platform, an important starting point for the overall performance of their duties, and "in the specification development, in the development of norms" is the inevitable path. Therefore, the establishment of project reserve base can promote the index configuration market, and come into the development of a virtuous circle orbit. |
