| 摘 要： | 《山东国土资源》是由山东省国土资源厅主管,山东省地质科学研究院主办的一个省级科技期刊,是山东地学工作者相互学习、交流的平台,在省内外学术界已经具有了一定的影响。该文概述了《山东国土资源》的发展历程,分析了期刊定位,认为期刊应立足特色,优化采编系统,完善审稿流程,提高编辑素养,促进稿源的多样化,才能更好地为地学工作者服务。

| Abstract: | The journal of "Shandong Land and Resources" is a provincial science and technology journals directed by Shandong Department of Land and Resources, and sponsored by Shandong Institute of Geological Sciences. It is a mutual learning and exchange platform of geological scholars of Shandong province. It has had a certain effect in the academic circle. In this paper, the development process of the journal of "Shandong Land and Resources" has been summarized, and the orientation of journals has been analyzed. It is regarded that the journal should be based on its own characteristics, the editing system should be optimized, the review process should be improved, the editorial quality should be improved, and the diversification of sources should be promoted in order to better serviced for geological scholars. |
