摘    要:国产卫星影像以其快速获取、高分辨率、覆盖范围广等特点在城乡规划、资源管理、动态监测、应急保障、国防安全建设等都发挥了不可替代的作用。2018年山东省自然资源卫星应用技术中心成立,定向接受国家分发的高分一、高分二、资源三号为主的国产高分卫星数据,月平均接受十余批次,年接受数据量达到TB级别,处理后即可向省内各用户分发。国产卫星影像处理存在多个技术难点,如何高效处理国产高分辨率卫星影像是当前急需解决的问题。该文介绍了国产高分辨率的卫星数据及处理平台,对关键技术处理流程进行了机理研究,提出了基于影像预处理、空三加密、DEM成果等关键流程的优化方法,对优化前后的生产效率进行了统计分析,验证了快速处理高分辨率卫星影像的可靠性与高效性。

Abstract:Domestic satellite images have played an irreplaceable role in urban and rural planning, resource management, dynamic monitoring, emergency support and national defense security construction due to its rapid acquisition, high resolution and wide coverage. Natural Resources Satellite Application Technology Center of Shandong Province was established in 2018. It can be directionally received national high score satellite data mainly distributed by the country from high score 1, high score 2, and resource number 3 satellites, average monthly acceptance reaches more than 10 batches and the annual data volume reaches TB scale. After processing, the image data can be distributed to all users in the province. There are many technical difficulties in domestic satellite image processing. How to efficiently process domestic high-resolution satellite images is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The domestic high resolution satellite data and processing platform have been introduced, mechanism study on the processing process of key technologies has been carried out, an optimization method based on key processes, such as image preprocessing, aerial triangulation and DEM have been put forward, the production efficiency before and after optimization have been statistically analyzed, and the reliability and efficiency of fast processing of high-resolution satellite images has been verified.
