| 摘 要： | 土地档案是企业档案的重要组成部分，它记载着企业在土地管理过程中的历史资料，它是一种具有可以长期查阅和利用价值的重要信息资源。该文主要介绍了通过对企业土地历史档案的整理，实现了纸质档案到电子档案的转变，完善了企业土地档案资料，实现土地档案的有效利用，更好地为企业发展服务。

| Abstract: | In this paper, concept of land acquisition compensation and placement, compensation standard, landless farmers resettlement approaches, problems occurred due to the omission of the system, and present condition of land levying and compensation policy at present in China have been introduced. Combining with factural condition of land levying, compensation and resettlement in Jinan city, it is regarded that land acquisition compensation standard should be promoted, social security system should be improved, ruling executive mechanism should be established, and land acquistion compensation mechanism should be improved furthurly. |
