摘    要:会宝岭铁矿床为鲁西南地区大型沉积变质岩型铁矿床,矿井深部涌水量大、排水成本高、对安全生产构成了威胁。本文依托会宝岭铁矿水文地质调查、水文地质钻探、抽水及放水试验等水文地质资料,对各含水层的富水性特征、水化学特征、出水点水压特征进行分析,查明了矿井充水类型、充水水源和导水通道等充水机理。矿床充水类型为坑道揭露断层破碎带及其次生的张性裂隙带充水和封闭不良钻孔充水;充水水源主要来源于盖层水;导水通道为封闭不良钻孔与F3等断层破碎带。针对断层破碎带及张性裂隙提出了工作面超前探水、工作面预注浆、壁后注浆以及补给源疏干排水相结合的防治水措施;针对封闭不良钻孔提出了孔底点注浆、分段泄压注浆、截水墙注浆等注浆止水措施。各措施已应用于本矿山并取得了较好的治水效果。

Abstract:Huibaoling iron deposit is a large-scale sedimentary metamorphic type iron deposit in southwest of Shandong province. Water inflow is large and drainage cost is high in the deep part of the mine. It will threaten the safety in production. On the basis of hydrogeological investigation, hydrogeological drilling, water pumping and water discharge tests of Huibaoling iron deposit for many times, water-rich characteristics, hydrochemical characteristics and water pressure characteristics of each aquifer have been analyzed, and water filling mechanism of water filling types, water filling sources and water guiding channels have been identified. Water filling types are fault fracture zone exposed by tunnels, and poorly sealed boreholes filled with water. Water filling source mainly comes from caprock water. Water channels are fault fracture zones, such as poorly sealed boreholes and F3 fault. In view of the fault fracture zones and tensile fractures, water prevention countermeasures have been put forward, such as advanced water exploration in the working face, pre-grouting in the working face, grouting behind the wall and drainage of recharge source. In view of the poorly sealed boreholes, grouting and water-sealing countermeasures have been carried out, such as grouting at the bottom of the holes, sectional pressure relief grouting and cutoff wall grouting. It has achieved a good effect for water control.
