| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着持续的开发利用,出现了水质明显变差,水位持续下降等情况,并由此引发了一系列地质环境问题,制约社会经济发展。该文梳理了自20世纪50年代以来地下水监测工作的发展沿革,概述了各时期监测工作的特点,分析了国家和省级地下水监测工程,对山东省地下水监测工作的作用,介绍了地下水监测内容和手段,总结了地下水监测在社会经济发展中发挥的巨大作用。针对重点监测区监测网有待完善,专门性监测井比例尚需提升,自动化监测能力稍显不足,监测经费保障体系不够完善,信息共享机制尚未健全等问题,提出了加强站网规划建设,完善技术标准,构建多部门信息共享机制,强化成果技术研究等建议。

| Abstract: | Groundwater is an important part of the ecological environment and a precious natural resource. It has become one of the main water sources for Industry and agriculture in Shandong province. It has made great contributions to the economic and social development. In recent years, accompanyig with continuous development and utilization of groundwater, the water quality has been obviously deteriorated, and the water level has continued to decline, which has caused a serious problem. A series of geological environmental problems have restricted social and economic development. In this paper, the development and evolution of groundwater monitoring work since 1950s have been reviewed, the characteristics of monitoring work in various periods have been summarized, the promotion brought by national and provincial groundwater monitoring projects for groundwater monitoring work in Shandong province have been analyzed, the contents and means of groundwater monitoring have been introduced, and great role of social economy of groundwater monitoring which have played in development has been summarized. Finally, in view of the existing problems in groundwater monitoring, such as the monitoring network of key monitoring areas should be improved, the proportion of specialized monitoring wells should be upgraded, the automatic monitoring capability should be slightly inadequate, the monitoring funding guarantee system is not perfect, and the information sharing mechanism is not perfect, it is put forward that the planning and construction of the station network should be strengthened, the technical standards should be improved, and multisectoral information sharing mechanism and enhancement of achievement technology research should be established. |
