| 摘 要： | 针对宜宾新一代天气雷达CINRAD/SC在业务运行过程中,因发射机"充电管过流"故障及其系列软性疑难故障问题,采用观测法、隔离替代法等检测手段,通过对故障器件参数及其波形图的分析,找出最终故障原因是由于充电管关断不严引起的,调整充电管基极电阻使故障得以排除。

| Abstract: | According to a charge transistor Over-Current problem and the various uncertain difficulties of Yibin CINRAD/SC weather radar transmitter in operation,the correlative parameters and waveshapes of the faulty devices were analyzed in this paper with observing,separating and replacing and some other ways.Finally,it was found that the malfunction was occurred because of the desaturated turn-off of the transistor.Thus,it was removed by changing the base resistance of the transistor. |
