摘    要:变分同化卫星资料前需要采用严格的质量控制方法以剔除离群资料。文中进行了风云三号B星红外分光计资料的质量控制研究。选取2012年12月26日00时至2013年1月4日18时共10天IRAS全球L1c格式资料作为研究对象,基于通道亮温偏差利用双权重质量控制法,剔除受云、地表发射率影响和误差较大的离群资料。结果表明,通过双权重质量控制后,IRAS通道亮温偏差均值和标准差整体有所减少;偏差均值和标准差随时间变化很稳定。最后把此方法耦合到GRAPES同化系统进行IRAS资料的初步质量控制应用得到结果是可行的。

Application of Bi-weighting Quality Control Method to FY-3B / IRAS Data

Abstract:Strict quality control method is required for the satellite data in order to remove the outliers before variational assimilation is adopted. This paper studies the quality control of Feng Yun-3B Infrared Atmospheric Sounder data. The data from 00 UTC,26 th Dec,2012 to 18 UTC 4th Jan,2013,Which are 10 days of IRAS global L1 c format observation data Which chosen as the research object,based on channel brightness temperature bias,Useing bi-weighting algorithm error affected by the cloud,surface emissivity,and outlier data is eliminated. Results show that through the bi-weighting quality control,IRAS channel brightness temperature bias standard deviation overall significantly reduce; The change of mean and standard deviation of brightness temperature bias with time window is very stable after quality control. Finally,this method is coupled to the Globe and Regional Assimilation and Prediction System to do the quality control of IRAS data and the result shows that this method is feasible.
