新型小型化宽带悬置微带滤波器的分析与设计

摘    要:旨在设计一种悬置微带交指型结构的小型化宽带滤波器;通过对终端开路式交指型带通滤波器的设计原理及方法的分析,利用Matlab软件编程计算出了该滤波器几何尺寸;再利用三维电磁场全波仿真软件对该滤波器建模。设计出的滤波器尺寸比腔体滤波器小很多,加工尺寸(含腔体)仅为30mm×30mm×20mm,可以方便地用于集成电路;在2—4GHz内具有良好的带通性能,并且其插损比标准微带滤波器小。其测试结果与仿真结果具有良好的一致性。

Abstract:This paper aims to design a suspension suspended microstrip interdigital filter; Firstly, the design principles and methods of filter discussed, and then, the size parameters and the model of filter fixed by Matlab and three-dimensional full-wave electromagnetic field simulation software. The size of the proposed novel suspended microstrip interdigital filter is 30mm×30mm×20mm, which is smaller than the cavity filter, the operating bandwidth is 2- 4GHz, and its insertion loss smaller than normal microstrip filter. Finally, a prototype fabricated; simulation results are presented which are in good agreement with the measurement data.
