| 摘 要： | 中国地区小康与现代化理论是以中国小康理论与中国现代化理论为基础的。中国小康理论把中国以1980年为起点,到2020年实现全面小康阶段定性为“中国小康阶段”;把中国实现全面小康作为“现代化”起点、到本世纪中叶基本实现现代化定性为“中国现代化阶段”。其相关理论分别称为中国小康理论和中国现代化理论。在此基础上,本文以邓小平“先富带后富”指导思想的确定、国家“先农村地区后城市地区”和“先沿海地区后内陆地区”等战略部署,十六大提出的有条件的地方可以“率先实现现代化”等为理论依据,全面阐述了中国地区小康和现代化理论。

| Abstract: | The theory of being fairly well-off and modernized in various regions of China is based on the theory of being fairly well-off and the theory of modern in China.In theory,the period from 1980 to 2020 is called the stage of being fairly well-off in China.This period is the starting point of being modernized,and till the middle of this century,it will be the stage of being modernized.The relative theories are the theory of being fairly well-off and the theory of being modernized.On the basis of the above mentioned,this article,with the guiding idea of "let those who become rich earlier bring along those who become rich later" from Deng Xiaoping,"countryside first then the city" and "seaside first and then the inland",mainly explains the theory of being fairly well-off and the theory of being modernized. |
