| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统(GIS)在国土及矿政管理中进行了广泛的应用,取得了很好的效果。本文研究利用GIS空间分析功能在矿业权范围内分析涉及国家出资地质勘查项目情况,统计矿业权范围内占国家出资地质勘查面积,依据相关的法律和法规进行价款计算,为矿业权登记、转让等环节中价款评估提供科学依据。

Research on the Application of GIS Technology in the Evaluation of Mining Rights Price |

| Abstract: | Geographic Information System has been using in land resource field widely and has a great achievements.Using GIS spatial analysis in mining right within a number of national geological exploration investment projects,this paper calculates the area within it for statistic,counts the price on the basis of relevant laws and regulations,provides a scientific basis for the evaluation of the registration,transfer of mining rights and other aspects of price. |
