| Abstract: | The paper introduces the leading thought, global objectives, key works and total designs of e-governance for the land and resources. It points out that the e-governance for the land and resources should take the governmental affairs traffic streaming as the main wire, the database on e-governance for the land and resources as the nucleus. It also emphasizes that the basic aim of China e-governance is carrying out the important thought of "Three Represents" and makes a complete plan for the national territory information engineering. |
