地壳形变测量用于地震预报的研究

摘    要:本文给出了一个用形变资料预报大陆地震的基本模式:①用大面积形变资料进行地震背景的研究,确定地震危险区,并综合各种手段对危险区震情的发展进行监测;②在重点监视区内布设形变监测台网,寻找形变敏感点,利用形变测量手段(如跨断层短水准。短基线测量手段等)捕捉中短期地震前兆信息,进行中短期震情预测,为短临形变监测手段提供依据。③建立固定形变监测台站进行连续形变的观测(如连通管、倾斜仪、伸缩仪、应变仪等),以捕捉临震的形变前兆信息,用于震前的短临预报。本文对以上三个步骤以实例作了简要的介绍,并简单地介绍了一些形变数据处理及提取形变前兆信息的方法,同时给出了预报地震的实例。

Abstract:By use of the data of crustal deformation,a basic procedure for predicting the continental earthquake is given as follows: 1. Studying the earthquake background with crustal deformation data in a large area to seek for the risk region, and then strengthening the synthetic monitoring of earthquake precursor; 2. Setting up stations to monitor the crustal deformation in the important risk area and to seek for the sensitive points, using the deformation measurements (such as short leveling and short base line across faults,etc. ) to catch the mid-short term seismic precursor and predict the mid-short term earthquake situation and then to provide some necessary information and bases for the short-impending monitoring; 3.Setting up some fixed stations and using some instruments(such as water tube tiltmeter, tiltmeter, tensometer, strainmeter,etc. ) to continuously monitor the crustal deformation in order to catch the short-impending precursor which can be used in earthquake prediction. Based on actual examples,the three steps above are reported. Some methods of processing data and extracting the seismically precursory deformation are also reported briefly, and some examples of earthquake prediction are given.
