Abstract:The method in mountain-based obscuration prediction by using IGU ephemeris offered from IGS is introduced by using the broadcast ephemeris and IGU ephemeris to compute.The comparison between the computation results of the positions of sitellite shows that the latter's accuracy is higher than the former by two magnitudes.The obscuration prediction differing from the obscuration observation is only 1 s in time and the positions of obscuration are the same.So we can forecast obscuration more exactly in this wa...
