| 摘 要： | 描记采于云南省沪西县城郊龙潭及阿庐古洞的金线鲃属一新种,命名为阿庐金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus aluensisL ietX iao sp.nov。新种在外形上与狭孔金线鲃S.angustiporusZhengetX iao(1985)相近,但有下列特征与之区别:1)新种头长显著大于体高;后者头长约等于体高。2)新种背鳍起点至吻端的距离大于至尾鳍基的距离;后者正相反。3)新种鳃孔大,上角超过眼上缘水平线;后者鳃孔小,上角低于眼上缘水平线。4)经线粒体细胞色素b基因测定,两者分子遗传距离为3.0%,提示是两个独立种。 |

| Abstract: | A new species named Sinocyclocheilus aluensis sp. nov. from Yunnan was described.Holotype, No. 040811001, standard length (SL) 128 mm, was collected from Longtan (24°20′N, 103°51′E), Luxi County, Yunnan on 11 August, 2003, and was deposited in the Reservoir of Heilongtan Shilin, Yunnan.Paratypes, No. 040811002-040811011, SL 81～105 mm, were deposited and collected from the same locality and at same time as the holotype. Paratypes,No. 98071801-98071803, 98071805-98071806, 98071809-98071812, SL 102～145 mm, was collected from Alu cave, Luxi Counnty, Yunnan on 18 July, 1998, and were deposited in the Department of Biology, Yunnan University.D.iii-7; A.ii-5; P.i-13～16; V.i-7～8;C.15～17. Lateral scales were 71～75, and gill-rakers 5～7. Pharyngeal teeth were 3 rows (2.3.4/4.3.2).Standard body length was as long 4.24～5.80 (4.64) times as depth of body, 3.22～3.71 (3.45) times as length of head, 4.83～5.80 (5.34) times as length of caudal peduncle, and 8.00～10.88((9.80)) times as height of caudal peduncle. Length of head was as long 2.3～3.10(2.80) times as snout, 4.1～8.83(6.50) times as diameter of eye, 2.78～3.90(3.20) times as width of interorbital space. Height of caudal peduncle was as long 1.57～-2.33(2.00) times as length of it.The new specie is similar in the shape with S. angustiporus Zheng et Xiao(1985), but it has the following characteristics which distinguishs it from the other species from Yunnan.1) Its head length is remarkably bigger than body depth, and the latter's head length is probably equal to body height.2) The distance between the starting point of dorsal fin and rostral side is bigger than that between starting point of dorsal fin and caudal fin base in the new species, and the latter is just opposite.3) The new species have bigger gill opening, superior cornu exceed superior margin horizontal of eyes, but the later have smaller gill opening, superior cornu is lower than superior margin horizontal of eyes.4) After the cytochrome B gene of chondriosome was determined, the distance of molecular heredity is 3.0%, showing they may be independent species. |
