| 摘 要： | 本文报告了生石灰和敌百虫共用治疗多种鱼病的小型治疗和发病鱼塘治疗试验。结果表明,二药共用可在短时间内这药力高峰,收到治疗体外寄生的粘孢子虫病、中华鱼蚤病和锚头鱼蚤病等多种疾病的效果。文章还用生物指标法测定这两种药物共用时在水中残留浓度的变化情况。并对生石灰与敌百虫共用的协同作用机理、不同浓度共用时药效的差异和应用的范围作了讨论。

| Abstract: | Results of experiments in combined application of quicklime and dipterex for treatment of some ectoparasitic diseases and curing diseases broke out in ponds are reported. Changes in concentration of the pharmaceutical remnants in water while using joinly these two medicines are determined by bioanalysis method. Data in this paper are analysed by biometrics and conclusion has been reached that top pharmaceutical efficacy may be attained in a short duration (8 hrs) by joinly treatment with quicklime and dipterex in pond culture. The effectiveness of curing ectoparasitic Myxosporediasis, Sinergasilosis, Lernaeosis and other diseases is confirmed. In addition, the mechanism of synergism of quicklime and dipterex, the difference of pharmaceutical efficacy of the combined application of these two medicines in various concentrtrations and the range of practice have also been discussed. |
