摘    要:【目的】研究三氯化铁对小球藻絮凝采收效果的影响,并优化采收工艺条件。【方法】分析FeCl3浓度、小球藻初始浓度和絮凝时间对小球藻采收效率影响,利用响应面法优化利用FeCl3采收小球藻的工艺参数。【结果】单因素实验表明,FeCl3质量浓度为0.6 g/L、小球藻初始质量浓度为0.42 g/L和絮凝时间为30 min时,小球藻的采收效率最高。响应面法分析表明,小球藻初始浓度对小球藻采收率有显著影响(P<0.05);影响采收效率的主次因素顺序为小球藻初始浓度>FeCl3浓度>絮凝时间;FeCl3浓度和小球藻初始浓度的交互作用对小球藻的采收效率有显著影响(P<0.05);FeCl3浓度二次项对小球藻的采收效率有极显著影响(P<0.01)。【结论】利用FeCl3采收小球藻的最佳工艺条件:小球藻初始质量浓度为0.55 g/L,FeCl3质量浓度为0.6 g/L,絮凝时间为38 min,此时的采收效率为(98.6±1.9)%。

Abstract:【Objective】The effects of FeCl3on flocculation and harvest technology of Chlorella sorokiniana were studied,and the harvesting process conditions were optimized in this work.【Method】Effects of FeCl3concentrations,initial concentrations of C.sorokiniana,and flocculation time on the harvesting efficiency of C.sorokiniana were firstly analyzed,and then the technological parameters for harvesting this alga using FeCl3were optimized by the response surface methodology.【Result】Single factor experiments showed that the maximum harvesting efficiency of C.sorokiniana was obtained when the FeCl3concentration was 0.6 g/L,and initial concentration of C.sorokiniana was 0.42 g/L,and flocculation time was 30 min.Response surface methodology analysis suggested that initial concentrations of C.sorokiniana had a significant effect on the harvesting efficiency of this alga(P<0.05);the order of factors affecting the harvesting efficiency was the initial concentrations of C.sorokiniana>FeCl3concentrations>flocculation time;interaction effects of FeCl3concentrations and initial concentrations of C.sorokiniana on the harvesting efficiency of this alga were significant(P<0.05);and quadratic effects of FeCl3concentrations on the harvesting efficiency of this alga were extremely remarkable(P<0.01).【Conclusion】The optimum technological conditions for harvesting C.sorokiniana using FeCl3were determined as follows:initial concentration of C.sorokiniana was 0.55 g/L,and FeCl3concentration was 0.6 g/L,and flocculation time was 38 min,and the maximum harvesting efficiency(98.57±1.85)%was obtained under the above optimum technological conditions.
