| Abstract: | Based on the theory of the socialism market eeonomy system and the successful experiences of our country, and accoaling to the requilements of the socialism market economy, this paper discussed the overall thinking and requirements to change the management pattem for mineral resources, the structure and operation mechanism for the new namagement system of mineral resources, and also the functions of the local geological and mineral resources administrations. |
