| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的不断深入 ,水利水电工程建设正逐步与国际惯例接轨 ,即在FIDIC条款下进行工程建设。由此引发的工程索赔的金额非常巨大 ,如何索赔与反索赔成为工程建设中的新课题。本文仅对由地质风险引起的索赔进行了初步的分析

| Abstract: | With the depening of the reform and open-door policy over the nation,constructions of hydraulic and hydroelectvic projects are gradually following the international standards,that's to say,following the FIDIC articles.The amount of money of the claims thus caused is verylarge.Therefore,how to claim and anti-claim becomes a new problem for engineering constructions.This paper made some preliminary analysis on the claims only caused by geological hazards. |
