Abstract: | The ground-based observations of the recently discovered Saturnian satellites, obtained during the 1980 apparition, have been collected from the IAU Circulars and identified with and fit to four orbital groups: (1) the inner pair of coorbital librating satellites, (2) the satellite known as “Dione B” near the L4 point of Dione-Saturn, (3) the satellites associated with the L4 and L5 points of Tethys-Saturn or, alternatively, one satellite unconfortably near the orbit of Tethys, and (4) the F-ring satellites observed by Voyager I. |
