高性能隔离分配放大器的研制与测量

摘    要:论述了现代精密时频系统对隔离分配放大器的技术要求及其重要作用,介绍了为改进我台守时系统标准频率分配子系统而研制的一个高性能隔离分配放大器。对于5MHz信号,该分配放大器的反向隔离度和路间隔离度均优于115dB;相位噪声在1Hz达到-135dBc/Hz;噪声本底为150dBc/Hz;插入秒稳损失达到10^-13量级。在13dBm输出情况下,谐波小于-40dBc。对该分配放大器的主要性能测试涉及的测量

Abstract:The technical requirement for the isolation distribution amplifier and its important function in modern precision time and frequency systems are discussed. A high performance isolation distribution amplifier developed to improve the frequency distribution subsystems of the time keeping system of CSAO is presented. The following performances have been achieved: Input---output Isolation: 120dB Channel---channel Isolation: 115dB Phase noise(5MHz): -135dB c/Hz (at 1Hz) Noise floor: -150dB c/Hz Loss of second signal stability (after inserting amplifier): 10 -13 Harmonics: <-40dB c The measurement methods relative to the distribution amplifier are also introduced in this paper.
