介绍和讨论了一种用于重交通长寿沥青路面的层厚设计方法。该方法基于限制沥青层底的拉应变和路基顶面的压应变,采用两个准则来校核所设计的沥青层厚度的适宜性:一是控制设计荷载作用下的最大路表弯沉;二是控制相邻两个无结合料处治的集料层的模量比。采用“等效模量”概念来考虑路基、路面材料的模量随季节的变化;在预测疲劳(与荷载相关的裂缝)和路基变形时,采用了“累计损伤”的概念。给出了广东-梧州高速试验路段长寿沥青路面结构组合设计实例,最后对与疲劳裂缝有关的两个关键问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

Stress-deformation data for silt and clay subgrade soils were obtained from in-situ tests and laboratory tests, for use in mechanistic models for design of pavements that will experience freezing and thawing. Plate-bearing tests were run on in-service allbituminous-concrete (ABC) pavements constructed directly on silt subgrade, and on an experimental ABC pavement constructed on clay subgrade, applying repeated loads to the pavement surfaces while the subgrade was frozen, thawing, thawed, and fully recovered. The in-service pavement had experienced several seasons of natural cyclic freezing and thawing, while the experimental pavement was artificially frozen and thawed twice. Repeated-load laboratory triaxial compression tests were performed on the same soils in the frozen and thawed states.

Analysis of deflection data from the in-situ tests showed resilient moduli of the subgrade soils up to more than 10 GPa when frozen, as low as 2 MPa during the thawing period, and up to more than 100 MPa when fully recovered. Analysis of the laboratory tests, which gave moduli comparable to the latter values, showed that resilient modulus and Poisson's ratio in the thawed and recovering conditions can be expressed as a function of the stress state, the moisture content, and the dry density.  相似文献

利用传递-反射矩阵方法和叠加原理推导了双轮胎振动荷载作用下弹性层状公路结构的动力响应解,并利用Hankel数值逆变换技术进行了数值求解。弹性层状结构的传递-反射矩阵同时具有单个矩阵尺寸小、矩阵元素只含有负指数项2个优点,计算结果不受土层单元厚度与荷载频率大小的影响,可以大幅提高计算效率和精度。通过将数值计算与室内模型试验结果进行比较,验证了方法的正确性。在此基础上,分析了面层厚度及模量对层状公路结构动应力、动位移的影响程度和规律,得出了一些有意义的结论。研究结果可为公路路面、路基结构设计提供参考。  相似文献

为研究一种有效、合理的测定路基动模量的方法,在分析便携式地震波地质分析仪的工作原理和测试特点的基础上,根据弹性动力学和表面波谱分析理论,阐述了便携式地震波地质分析仪的测试原理,并推导了测试路基动模量计算公式。结合路基测试实际工作要求,提出了便携式地震波地质分析仪器的测试步骤及技术要点。通过在路基进行大量点点对应的便携式地震波地质分析仪、便携式落锤弯沉仪和承载板回弹模量测试以及动态圆锥贯入仪贯入测试和灌砂法压实度测试,建立了便携式地震波地质分析仪动模量与其他各指标之间的相关关系。结果表明,便携式地震波地质分析仪与其他检测方法具有很好的相关性,相关系数均大于0.8。结果表明,应用便携式地震波地质分析仪快速检测路基动模量是合理、可行的,可以用于路基施工过程的质量控制,为路面结构设计提供参数和依据。  相似文献

In this paper, an analytical expression for the deflection of a thin circular elastic plate resting on the Pasternak foundation is derived by adopting the strain energy approach. The parametric study is carried out to observe the location of the plate lift-off and the variation of the deflection profiles for comparing the variation pattern reported in the literature based on an approximate solution technique. It is found that the radial distance of the point of lift-off of the plate decreases with increase in the values of both the shear modulus and the modulus of subgrade reaction of the foundation soil; the reduction being more for their lower values. It is also observed that the variation in deflection of the plate at any radial distance due to change in soil subgrade conditions is significant for lower values of modulus of subgrade reaction.  相似文献

Layered rock masses can be modelled either as standard, orthotropic continua if the layer bending can be neglected or as Cosserat continua if the influence of layer bending is essential. This paper presents a finite element smeared joint model based on the Cosserat theory. The layers are assumed to be elastic with equal thickness and equal mechanical properties. All the cosserat parameters are expressed through the elastic properties of layers, layer thickness and joint stiffness. Plastic-slip as well as tensile-opening of layer interface (joint) are accounted for in a manner similar to the conventional non-associative plasticity theory. As an application, the behaviour of an excavation in a layered rock mass is examined. The displacement and stress fields given by smeared joint models based on the Cosserat continuum and the conventional anisotropic continuum approaches are compared with those obtained from the discrete joint model. The conventional anisotropic continuum model is found to break-down completely when the effective shear modulus in the direction parallel to layering is low in comparison to the shear modulus of the intact layer, whereas the Cosserat model is found to be capable of accurately reproducing complex load–deflection patterns irrespective of the differences in shear moduli. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In-place recycling of asphalt pavement materials is a sustainable rehabilitation method. Existing hot-mix asphalt (HMA) layer is pulverized and blended with some or the entire base course and possibly some subgrade to form a broadly graded material referred to as recycled pavement material (RPM). The RPM is then compacted as the new base course and overlaid by a new layer of HMA. In some occasions, additives are added to increase the strength of RPM base course, such as cement, emulsion, fly ash. It is plausible to utilize high calcium high carbon fly ash, as the high level of carbon prevents fly ash from being used in concrete. A series of laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of these materials, including crushed aggregate, untreated RPM, and treated RPM with high carbon fly ash. The tests included compaction, California Bearing Ratio, resilient modulus, and unconfined compressive strength for treated RPM. The engineering properties of these materials were compared.  相似文献

An anisotropic geomechanical model for jointed rock mass is presented. Simultaneously with deriving the orthotropic anisotropy elastic parameters along the positive axis, the equivalent compliance matrix for the deflection axis orthotropic anisotropy was derived through a three-dimensional coordinate transformation. In addition, Singh’s analysis of the stress concentration effects of intermittent joints was adopted, based on two groups of intermittent joints and a set of cross-cutting joints in the jointed rock mass. The stress concentration effects caused by intermittent joints and the coupling effect of cross-cutting joints along the deflection-axis are also considered. The proposed anisotropic mechanics parameters method is applied to determine the deformation parameters of jointed granite at the Taishan Nuclear Power Station. Combined with the deterministic mechanical parameters of rock blocks and joints, the deformation parameters and their variability in jointed rock masses are estimated quantitatively. The computed results show that jointed granite at the Taishan Nuclear Power Station exhibits typical anisotropic mechanical characteristics; the elastic moduli in the two horizontal directions were similar, but the elastic modulus in the vertical direction was much greater. Jointed rock elastic moduli in the two horizontal and vertical directions were respectively about 24% and 37% of the core of rock, showing weakly orthotropic anisotropy; the ratio of elastic moduli in the vertical and horizontal directions was 1.53, clearly indicating the transversely isotropic rock mass mechanical characteristics. The method can be popularized to solve other rock mechanics problems in nuclear power engineering.  相似文献

土基回弹模量作为路面设计的重要力学参数,在我国路面设计方法中选取最不利季节的土基回弹模量值作为土基的设计强度,没有考虑一年中含水量变化对土基强度的影响,本文通过分析土基回弹模量随季节含水量的变化规律,借鉴AASHTO设计方法中不同季节模量对路面造成的相对损伤思想,推导出等效回弹模量计算公式uf=0.95107E-5d,提出用等效土基回弹模量值代替最不利季节模量值作为土基强度设计值,不仅能够提高土基自身的抗变形能力,还可以很有效的提高沥青路面结构的整体设计强度。  相似文献

为了研究不同尺度路基融沉作用对路面结构层力学响应的影响,建立了基于热力耦合理论的有限元模型,系统研究不同路基尺度工况下,融沉作用对不同厚度路面、不同材料基层的力学分布规律影响. 结果表明:相同的融沉条件下,整体式路基较分离式及二级路基,变形分别增大45%、64%,应力增大17.5%、21.7%. 高速公路面层由于路基较宽,地基融沉更容易向上传递,进而导致面层底部应力增大,最终造成面层的破坏. 因此,路面设计过程中保证一定的面层厚度,并采用柔性基层减小模量,可有效以降低层底应力水平,并防止基层裂缝向上反射.  相似文献

半填半挖式路基的差异沉降将对上承路面结构产生不利的附加力学响应。本文以层状体系为基础,将半填半挖式路基差异沉降变形作为路面结构层底的约束条件,建立沥青混凝土路面结构对半填半挖式路基差异沉降变形力学响应的平面有限元模型。系统分析不均匀沉降量、不均匀沉降长度、路面结构与材料参数等对附加力学响应的影响。通过正交因子分析,研究路面结构层的优化设计以改善路面结构的不利受力状态。最后,建议使用柔性基层或设置级配碎石等松散性材料底基层来削减基层底附加拉应力,在路面结构层的优化设计中应以基层厚度作为控制要素。  相似文献

A structural integrity assessment technique of pavements that considers the backcalculation of material properties is herein proposed. In order to carry out the backcalculation, a Nelder–Mead simplex (NMS) search is applied to estimate the elastic moduli of layered structures using the deflection data simulated by falling weight deflectometer (FWD) tests. In order to utilize a forward calculation engine of the numerical simulation in the FWD testing, a wave analysis program of layered pavement systems is used based on a spectral element method. 为了研究不同路面类型对高温多年冻土区路基的热稳定性的影响,基于温度监测数据,针对沥青混凝土路面和水泥混凝土路面下片块石路基温度、热流密度、热收支变化、冻融循环过程及冻土上限变化进行了详细的分析。发现沥青混凝土路面和水泥混凝土路面都对片块石路基的温度有较大的影响,但沥青混凝土路面影响程度和深度远比水泥混凝土路面大。片块石路基中心热收支量呈上升趋势,沥青混凝土路面下其上升速率大于水泥混凝土路面,且路基阳坡热收支量大于阴坡。无论路面材料为沥青混凝土路面还是水泥混凝土路面,片块石路基阴阳坡路肩冻土仍处于不断退化阶段,而阳坡冻土上限下降速率明显大于阴坡。与普通路基相比,片块石层的存在能大幅度抬升或减缓路基冻土上限下降,且浅色水泥混凝土路面更有利于路基的热稳定性。  相似文献

The present study comprises Monte-Carlo simulation assisted analysis of foundations resting on reinforced earth beds using the concept of beams on an elastic foundation, treating the modulus of subgrade reaction (MSR) as a stationary stochastic field characterised by mean, variance, autocorrelation function (ACF) and the autocorrelation distance (ACD). Realisations of the MSR, generated by solving a stochastic differential equation, are fed to a deterministic distributed parameter model to generate realisations of two dependent stochastic fields, namely deflection and bending moment in the foundation beam, and two random variables, namely the location of occurrence of maximum deflection and the bending moment. Subsequently these realisations are analysed to evolve probability distribution functions, variance and ACF of the dependent stochastic fields and the random variables. It is revealed that the ACF of these fields is independent of the ACF of the MSR. Further, variance of deflection is found to increase as the ACD of the MSR increases, implying requirement of a larger factor of safety when random soils display low frequency (macro level) variations. On the other hand, variance of the bending moment is larger at smaller ACDs of the MSR, indicating that for bending moments a larger factor of safety is required when the random soils display high frequency (micro level) variations.  相似文献

基于弹性波在非饱和多孔介质与单相弹性介质中的传播理论,考虑在非饱和土地基中设置一定厚度的复合多层波阻板(复合多层波阻板以3层为例),利用Helmholtz矢量分解定理,推导了非饱和土地基中S波通过复合多层波阻板的透射、反射振幅比的解析解。通过数值算例,分析了层间波阻板剪切模量和密度等物理力学参数对非饱和土地基中S波通过复合多层波阻板时传播特性的影响规律。结果表明:复合多层波阻板中层间波阻板材料的剪切模量和密度对透反射系数影响显著。复合多层波阻板是一种有效的隔振屏障,严格控制层间波阻板的剪切模量和密度可以获得最佳隔振效果,这为复合多层波阻板在地基振动控制领域中的应用提供理论指导。  相似文献

The influence of vertical spatial variability of sands on the excavation-induced lateral wall deflection and bending moment of excavations supported by cantilever retaining walls is investigated in this paper. Herein, the random finite element method (RFEM) is adopted to explicitly study the effect of one-dimensional spatial variability of internal friction angle of sands on the predicted wall and ground responses. The RFEM analysis consists of three components: (1) finite element method for analyzing lateral wall deflection and bending moment, (2) random field theory implemented with Monte Carlo simulation (MCS), and (3) statistical interpretation of MCS results through confidence intervals. This study reveals the importance of random field modeling in coping with the spatial variability of sands in the problem of supported excavations: (1) neglecting spatial variability of soil property will cause an overestimation of the variation in the predicted wall deflection and bending moment; (2) the estimated probability of failure based on a well-established serviceability limit state may be overestimated or underestimated depending on the chosen limiting lateral wall deflection. This study further investigates the effect of the number of MCS on the confidence intervals of the predicted statistics of the maximum lateral wall deflection and the maximum bending moment. The results also demonstrate that the confidence interval analysis of the predicted statistics of the maximum lateral wall deflection and the maximum bending moment provides a rational tool for interpreting the statistical data from RFEM.  相似文献

考虑汽车运动荷载,基于实测路面不平整资料,对影响动荷载的因素进行分析,提出了动力设计荷载参数的建议值。通过Odemark模量和厚度当量假定,将公路结构简化为3层体系,并利用弹性动力学原理及Fourier变换方法获得了路基顶面动变形的计算式。结合现有规范关于路面弯沉控制的思想,考虑路面路基的相互作用及协调变形,给出了路基顶面的动变形控制标准和确定方法,依据此标准提出了一种路基动变形控制设计的方法。最后以3种典型沥青公路结构为例,进行了路基动变形控制设计。  相似文献

30多年来,国际上的道路设计原理及方法逐渐从传统经验法向运用理论框架方面转变。但这些理论框架主要基于土和粒状材料的弹性假设,从而限制了材料塑性性能的发挥。安定分析基于弹塑性理论,可以确定结构在循环或变值荷载作用下的最大承载力,因此,能够被运用于道路承受交通荷载的问题。阐述了安定理论的概念以及两种经典安定定理,回顾了道路安定分析方法的创始及发展过程,包括与试验结果的比较,讨论了残余应力在道路中的分布、两种求解道路安定荷载极限的方法,以及与塑性极限分析的比较,并把一种下限安定分析方法应用于多层柔性路面的设计,最后展望了道路安定理论未来的发展方向。  相似文献

根据路面不平整实测资料,获得了汽车动荷载的计算模型和参数,并利用此荷载模式来分析公路结构的动力响应。考虑到公路结构的三维分层性状,利用Fourier变换技术和求解层状结构的精确刚度矩阵法,研究了公路结构在移动汽车荷载作用下的动力响应问题。为了方便工程应用,利用Odemark厚度和模量的当量转换公式,将公路结构简化为由路面、路基及地基组成的3层体系,并以此为基础分析了路基动应力的衰减规律,同时重点研究了汽车轴载大小、当量路面厚度及路基模量对路基工作区深度的影响,最后建议了路基工作区深度的定量表达式,研究结果可为公路路基设计提供参考。  相似文献
