张家界旅游城市游客公共交通感知、满意度与行为 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：0
良好的旅游公共交通是游客在目的地区域开展旅游活动的重要基础,而游客对公共交通的感知会对游客目的地满意度和行为意图构成影响。以典型旅游城市张家界市为案例区,利用因子分析、多元回归分析等方法,分析了张家界游客公共交通感知维度及其表现,以及公共交通感知维度对游客目的地整体满意度和行为意图的影响。研究发现,张家界游客旅游公共交通感知维度共有“便捷性”、“费用和安全性”和“美观和科学性”三个维度,这些维度对游客目的地满意度和行为意图只产生较弱影响。其中,“便捷性”对整体公共交通满意度和重游意愿的影响较强,对游客目的地满意度的影响较弱;“美观和科学性”对游客目的地满意度不产生显著影响;“费用和安全性”也对游客目的地满意度的影响较弱。 相似文献

随着旅游活动大众化,游客拥挤愈发常态化。全面梳理游客拥挤的研究进展对于强化游客管理、促进旅游业高质量发展具有重要意义。从游客拥挤的内涵、测度、生成机制、影响因素、作用效果等多个角度进行文献梳理,研究发现:1)游客拥挤是游客对所处游览环境的负面评价,是对空间拥挤和人群拥挤的消极感知,刺激超载理论、社会干预理论及期望理论对游客拥挤的生成具有较好的解释效应;2)游客拥挤感存在明显差异,该差异主要来源于个体、空间场景及人群环境等因素,社会认同理论、唤醒理论、规范理论及曼宁理论能够有效解释游客拥挤感知差异的生成;3)游客拥挤易对游客情感、旅游满意度与忠诚度产生负面影响,易引发产品转换、合理化、置换等调试行为。今后研究可结合时空情境,关注游客拥挤的差异化测量、识别影响游客拥挤的关键因素以及探明游客拥挤的多元影响,如游客拥挤对景区管理、目的地规划布局、旅游可持续发展的影响。 相似文献

色彩是旅游目的地意象的重要外显形式与构成,其虽被广泛应用于旅游目的地建设与发展,但其理论研究在国内外几近空白.本文以旅华美国游客为研究对象,以旅游目的地城市色彩意象认知为研究内容,通过10 批次全程客流跟踪的调研方式获取了研究资料,运用扎根理论构建了旅华美国游客的目的地城市色彩意象认知维度模型,并通过二次定点调研方式对本研究的理论饱和度进行了检验.研究结果表明：① 旅游目的地城市色彩意象认知的主要影响因素为城市色彩基调与建筑、旅游吸引物、人际影响、差异性文化感知、旅游经历、旅游目的地人文与自然环境;② 目的地城市色彩意象认知由视觉色彩和理念色彩两部分构成;③ 游客的个人偏好和旅游情感会直接作用于旅游目的地城市色彩意象认知,并直接导致游客产生行为意图;④ 游客的目的地城市色彩意象认知会刺激并促使游客产生行为意图.本文讨论中提出了旅游目的地城市色彩意象认知加工的发生机制与过程模型. 相似文献

主客交往偏好对目的地形象和游客 满意度的影响 ——以广西阳朔为例 总被引：4，自引：1，他引：4
旅游者和东道主之间交往的性质等因素决定了旅游活动中的主客交往很难取得较好的效果,学术界对主客交往效应的经验研究也没能得到统一的结论。本研究根据目的地国内旅游主客交往效应研究的不足,以阳朔国内旅游者为例,使用结构方程模型技术探讨主客交往偏好对目的地形象感知和游客满意度的影响。研究发现:主客交往显著影响目的地形象、目的地形象显著影响满意度,但主客交往对满意度无直接影响,主要通过目的地形象对满意度产生间接影响。具体地说,主客交往偏好包括密切交往和适度交往两个维度,密切交往对认知形象有显著正向直接影响;密切交往通过认知形象和情感形象对满意度产生间接影响;认知形象和情感形象显著正向直接影响满意度;认知形象通过情感形象对满意度产生间接影响。文章最后还分析了研究的理论和管理意义。 相似文献

通过构建水体旅游地游客感知测度模型,以南京市3处不同类型水体旅游地为案例进行实证分析,研究表明:1 3处案例地不同的样本间结构变量与观测变量均有较为一致的表现,所构建模型具有较强的解释力。2水体旅游地的游客满意度对游客忠诚度有显著正向影响,即满意度直接影响游客的重游意愿和推荐意愿,而影响游客满意度的多个因素中最重要的是旅游资源感知。3区位条件对游客感知差异的影响不显著,改善交通状况、挖掘主题与特色均有助于提升游客满意度,水体水质被破坏将严重降低游客满意度,人文风貌、水文景观是水体旅游资源的核心要素。4性别、游客来源地对游客感知差异的影响均不显著,社会阶层较高群体的游客满意度及忠诚度要低于社会阶层较低群体。 相似文献

服务质量和游客满意度的高低是影响旅游企业绩效的重要因素。作为服务生产传递过程中的协作者,游客在服务过程中的参与行为对其评价服务质量以及满意度水平所产生的影响是不容忽视的。通过分析游客参与行为,从事前准备、信息分享、合作行为、人际互动4个维度探讨了游客参与对旅游服务质量及游客满意度的影响。通过对经由北京市、天津市、石家庄市的8家旅行社参团的游客进行问卷调查获取了研究数据,利用LISREL和SPSS统计软件进行数据分析和假设检验。结果表明,游客参与的4个维度通过不同路径对旅游服务质量以及游客满意存在不同程度的影响。 相似文献

以游客旅游决策过程和影视营销基本原理为基础,结合影视营销影响游客旅游决策机理,构建了影视营销对游客旅游决策影响模型和影响效果测评指标体系。以张家界借力《阿凡达》营销为例,研究发现:影视营销对激发游客旅游需要和动机、收集与评价信息以及确定旅游目的地影响效果一般,对游客旅游体验、游后评价、获取影视与旅游目的地相关信息影响效果比较好;区域、市场生命周期和年龄等因素对影视营销影响游客决策效果差异显著。 相似文献

旅游目的地居民的旅游亲和力从根本上看既是影响游客旅游体验质量的关键,也是目的地旅游发展的核心竞争力。以武汉市为例,通过对来过武汉旅游的游客进行访谈搜集资料,运用扎根理论研究方法对访谈数据进行处理与分析。研究发现:(1)旅游目的地居民的旅游亲和力主要由地方认同、生活态度、言语交际、公共秩序以及奉献精神5个方面构成;(2)地方认同和奉献精神可以对游客感知到的旅游亲和力的主要内容进行概括。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
